Hiring | Chief of Operations

Reporting To: CEO / Managing Director

We are looking for a Chief of Operations to lead end-to-end operations across a multi-location centre network and drive revenue, profitability, customer experience, people, safety and operational excellence. A seasoned business leader with solid experience in multi-unit, geographically dispersed consumer-facing operations**.

Key Responsibilities:-

- * Lead operations across multiple centres and drive centre-wise revenue, profitability and EBITDA.
- * Own operational KPIs including footfall, conversion, revenue per centre, repeat visits and customer experience.
- * Lead Centre Heads, Cluster Heads and regional operations teams.
- * Standardise SOPs, processes, MIS and operational excellence practices.
- * Drive customer satisfaction, NPS, reviews and repeat business.
- * Ensure strong safety,



compliance and risk management across centres.
- * Partner with leadership on new centre launches and expansion.
- * Build high-performing teams and strengthen the operational leadership pipeline.
- * Work closely with Finance, HR, Marketing, Technology, Procurement and Projects teams.

Ideal Profile:-

- * 15 years of experience in Retail, QSR, F&B;, Hospitality, Entertainment, Leisure or other multi-unit consumer businesses.
- * Proven experience managing geographically dispersed operations and large frontline teams.
- * Strong P&L; / EBITDA, revenue and profitability ownership.
- * Experience in multi-location operations, customer experience and new centre/store launches.
- * Robust leadership, business acumen and execution orientation.
- * Experience reporting to a CEO / MD / Business Head will be preferred.
