Role: Regional HR, Bancassurance

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Job responsibilities:

- Partner with regional business leaders to drive people and organization priorities.
- Own end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning and hiring delivery for the assigned region.
- Drive workforce capability development, engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Deliver employee retention goals for the region, branch visits and execute employee retention initiatives.
- Manage performance and talent mobility within the zone.
- Ensure seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and shared services to execute HR processes seamlessly

Job specification:
- Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR
- Demonstrated success in driving engagement, culture and retention initiatives
- Ability to partner business leaders and influence people decisions through data and insights
- Robust understanding of hiring, retention and talent management practices
- - Experience supporting sales function will be preferred
