Role & responsibilities

IPO & Capital Markets

- Lead IPO readiness and execution, including DRHP/RHP and due diligence.
- Work closely with merchant/investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors and regulators.

• Lead valuation discussions, investor positioning and institutional interactions.

Private Equity & Investor Relations
- Manage PE/institutional investor relationships and fundraising.
- Lead investor meetings, calls, financial presentations and negotiations.

• Represent management confidently before the Board, investors and financial institutions.

Mergers & Acquisitions
- Evaluate acquisition, JV and investment opportunities.
- Lead valuation, financial/commercial due diligence and transaction structuring.

• Participate in negotiations and oversee post-transaction financial integration.

Strategic & Business Finance
- Partner with Promoters, MD and Board on financial strategy and capital allocation.
- Drive enterprise value, ROCE, cash generation and optimal capital structure.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, working capital and profitability.

• Provide leadership and governance oversight to the overall finance function.
