Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Requirements

- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Must be able to lead and manage the entire finance team.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Experience in cost control, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.
- Thorough knowledge of GST, taxation, statutory compliance, auditing, and accounting standards.
- Experience in managing working capital, banking relationships, and financial risk.
- Ability to develop financial strategies that support business growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, and team management skills.




- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is highly preferred.
- CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance preferred.

Salary: Attractive salary package based on experience and qualifications.
