Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Infinite NXT will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management in alignment with the company’s growth strategy. This full-time, in office role based in Telangana, India involves leading the finance team, managing financial reporting and compliance, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements. The CFO will analyze financial data to support strategic decisions, optimize capital structure, and monitor key performance indicators.

The role also includes partnering with executive leadership on investment strategies, risk management,



regulatory requirements, and contributing to investor relations and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance with proven experience in corporate or investment finance leadership roles.
- Expertise in Financial Planning and budgeting to support short-term and long-term organizational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare, interpret, and review Financial Statements and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, including management reports, regulatory filings, and performance dashboards.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating financial performance, assessing risk, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, MBA in Finance) are highly beneficial.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with executives, investors, and external partners.
- Experience in fintech, investments, or financial services in the Indian market is an advantage.
