Veda Pile India Pvt. Ltd. is a foundation engineering company with over 36 years of experience in deep foundation solutions. We work on complex foundation and underground engineering projects supporting India's growing infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and real estate sectors.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, strengthen financial controls, and support the company's continued growth.

Role Overview The CFO will oversee the company's financial operations, strategic planning, taxation, banking relationships, audit, compliance, and management information systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with a practical understanding of project-based businesses, construction finance, and working capital management.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial strategy.
- Project Finance & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, profitability, cost variations, margins, and financial performance across multiple projects.
- Working Capital Management: Manage receivables, payables, cash flow cycles, credit facilities, and working capital requirements.
- Banking & Treasury: Manage banking relationships, fund requirements, credit facilities, guarantees, and treasury operations.
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Oversee GST, income tax, TDS, statutory filings, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Accounting, Audit & Controls: Ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, audit readiness,



and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- MIS & Business Reporting: Develop timely financial reports, dashboards, and insights to support management decisions.
- Commercial & Contractual Finance: Work with project, procurement, billing, and commercial teams to assess financial risks, contract terms, claims, and payment milestones.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead the finance and accounts team, streamline processes, and build a culture of accountability and financial discipline.
- Strategic Business Support: Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on business expansion, investment decisions, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 10–20 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in finance leadership.
- Experience in the construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, EPC, or other project-based industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, TDS, auditing, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Proven expertise in project costing, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.
- Experience managing banking relationships, credit facilities, and financial risk.
- Solid analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel/MIS reporting.
