Job Title:- Chief Financial Officer

Summary:- The Chief Financial Oficer (CFO ) is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, developing financial strategies, managing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth. The CFO provides sinancial insights to senior management to improve profitability, optimize cash flow, and ensure the long-term financial stability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

A. Financial Planning and Strategy :

1. Develop and implement financial and strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
3. Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective and business investment.

B. Financial Reporting and Accounting
1. Oversee Preparation of Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Ensure accuracy of the balance sheet, Profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement.
3. Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards, including Ind AS or IFRS, as relevant.
4. Review financial reports and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

C. Cash flow and Trasury Management
1. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
2. Manage Banking relationships, credit facilities, and financing arrangements.

D. Taxation and Regulatory and compliance
1. Oversee tax planning, tax returns, and tax payments.
2. Ensure compliance with applicable GST, income tax, TDS , and corporate laws in india , where relevant.
3. Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits , and tax audits.

E. Risk Management and internal Controls
1. Identify and manage financial,



operational, and investment risks.
2. Estability solid internal Financial controls and fraud-prevention Procedures.
3. Review internal Audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Qualification and Experience :-
1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, commerce, or a related field.
2. CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
3. Typically 10-15+ year of relevent finance experience, including significant leadership experience, requirements very by organization.
4. Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, budgeting, taxation, auditing, treasury, and financial reporting.
5. Strong Knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, corporate governance, and risk management.
6. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, oracle, or Microsoft Dynmics is Desirable.

External: Banks, investors, ststutory auditors, tax consultants, regulators, and financial institutions. Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
