? Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry / Agricultural Chemistry / B.Tech. Chemical Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Chemist – Fertilizers & Plant Nutrition with solid hands-on experience in formulation development and commercial-scale production.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Water-Soluble NPK, Micronutrients & Bio-stimulants
- Work on Liquid, Powder & Granular formulations
- Conduct solubility, stability & compatibility trials
- Handle Lab-to-Plant scale-up
- Troubleshoot caking, precipitation, poor solubility & quality issues
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production & QA/QC teams
- Maintain formulation records and technical documentation

✅ Candidate Profile:

- 7–12 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong practical knowledge of fertilizer formulation
- Hands-on experience in lab trials and commercial production
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Water-Soluble NPK, Micronutrients & Bio-stimulants preferred
