Role Description The Chemist (R&D;) – MSc (Chemistry) fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The chemist will support research and development activities, including formulation work, preparation of lab-scale samples, and experimental design under the guidance of senior scientists. Daily responsibilities include performing chemical analyses, maintaining laboratory equipment, documenting test results, and following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

The role also involves assisting in quality evaluations of agrochemical products,



contributing to process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production and quality assurance.

Qualifications

- Strong Laboratory Skills, including handling chemicals, preparing solutions, and operating standard lab instruments.
- Quality Control capabilities to perform routine tests, interpret data, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate experimental results, troubleshoot issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Research and Development (R&D;) and Research skills to design experiments, participate in formulation development, and contribute to technical reports.
- MSc in Chemistry or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Understanding of agrochemicals or related chemical industries is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic safety practices, good laboratory documentation, and regulatory awareness in chemical handling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, follow instructions accurately, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
