? Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech. Chemical Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Formulation Chemist – Crop Protection with solid hands-on experience in pesticide/agrochemical formulation development and commercial-scale production.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & optimize EC, SC, SL, WP, WDG and related formulations

- Conduct lab trials, formulation testing & stability studies
- Handle Lab-to-Plant scale-up
- Troubleshoot formulation, quality & production issues
- Work closely with R&D;, Production & QA/QC teams
- Maintain formulation records, SOPs & technical documentation
- Provide technical guidance to production operators
- Support development of new and existing crop-protection products

✅ Candidate Profile:

• 7–12 years of hands-on experience in pesticide/agrochemical formulation

• Strong knowledge of formulation development and scale-up

• Practical experience with EC, SC, SL, WP, WDG or similar formulations

- Knowledge of emulsification, dispersion, stability & compatibility
- Strong troubleshooting and chemical-handling knowledge
- Commercial-scale production experience preferred
