Experience in R&D;, formulation development, materials chemistry, nanomaterials, polymers, coatings, cosmetics, specialty chemicals, or related industries

- Experience with analytical/characterization instruments
- Knowledge of SOP, specification sheets, BMR/BPR, COA, MSDS/SDS, and stability studies
- Research publications or patent experience will be an advantage.
- Conduct laboratory experiments for chemical synthesis, formulation, process development, and product optimization.

1. Plan experiments based on research objectives and prepare experimental protocols.
2. Perform chemical reactions, material preparation, purification, and sample preparation.
3. Analyze experimental results and prepare technical reports.
4. Perform raw-material testing and quality evaluation according to defined specifications.
5. Develop and optimize formulations, including evaluation of stability, compatibility, viscosity, pH, appearance, and performance.
6. Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks, experimental records, SOPs, specifications, and R&D; documentation.




7. Conduct literature searches and review scientific papers, patents, and technical documents.
8. Troubleshoot experimental problems and recommend suitable corrective actions.
9. Coordinate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production, and Regulatory Affairs teams during product development and scale-up.
10. Support pilot-scale trials and technology-transfer activities.
11. Ensure proper handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of chemicals according to laboratory safety procedures.
12. Maintain laboratory cleanliness, chemical inventory, and equipment records.
13. Prepare research presentations, technical reports, SOPs, and other documentation as required.
14. Contribute to current product development, process improvement, cost optimization, and innovation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
