Trivoid Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of electronics and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection products, supplying B2B customers across automobile manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical and electronics industries. We are growing fast and are looking for a Chartered Accountant to strengthen our finance function.

THE ROLE

As Chartered Accountant, you will manage the company's accounting, taxation, statutory compliance and financial reporting. You will work closely with management to ensure accurate books, timely filings and sound financial decisions for a manufacturing business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

■ Oversee day-to-day accounting, finalisation of books and preparation of financial statements

■ Handle GST returns, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances on time

■ Manage ROC and MCA filings and company law compliance

■ Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors, and handle audit queries

■ Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cash flow and fund flow statements for management

■ Monitor costing,



inventory valuation and margins for manufactured products

■ Review vendor payments, customer receivables, bank reconciliations and credit control

■ Ensure internal controls and accounting policies are followed

■ Guide and supervise the accounts team

■ Support management with financial analysis, tax planning and business decisions

WHAT YOU BRING

✓ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Inter CA or CA-pursuing candidates may be considered as per role

✓ Hands-on experience in accounting, taxation and compliance, preferably in a manufacturing company

✓ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act and Indian accounting standards

✓ Proficiency in Tally / ERP and advanced MS Excel

✓ Solid analytical, reporting and communication skills

✓ Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines

✓ Integrity and the ability to work independently
