Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make regular inbound and outbound calls to connect with students.
- Follow up with leads and arrange student walk-ins.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and career opportunities.
- Convert enquiries and walk-ins into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Manage the overall performance and daily activities of the centre.
- Monitor admissions, revenue, collections, and team performance.
- Guide counsellors and help them achieve their targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate more leads and walk-ins.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
- Report centre performance and business updates directly to the Business Head.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in sales, admissions, or centre management.
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
- Positive leadership and reporting skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
