About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Coordinator to manage enquiries, admissions, and overall centre governance. You'll be the face of the school for parents, ensuring smooth admission operations and strong parent-teacher communication.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel parents and convert enquiries into admissions

Follow the school's set admission process end-to-end

Coordinate with teachers to plan academic activities

Gather parent feedback and relay it to teachers for better student understanding





Analyze enquiry trends and improve processes to boost school strength

Conduct parent orientations to build school awareness

Stay well-versed with academics, school activities, Montessori tools, and teaching aids

Skills Required

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Sales/counseling aptitude with a customer-centric approach

Organized and efficient with process-driven thinking

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Basic knowledge of Montessori/academic teaching methods (preferred)

MS Office proficiency

Ability to multitask and manage admissions data/reports
