- Centre Operations and Project Management

- Supervise Student Mobilisation and Enrolment

- Training Delivery and Quality Assurance

- Team Management and Staff Development

- MIS, Documentation, and Compliance

- Reporting​

- Infrastructure, Safety, and Centre Administration

- Student Welfare, Inclusion, and Grievance Redressal

- Placement and Post-Placement Support

- Coordinate with HO to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth operations.

- Lead team training, development, and engagement to reduce attrition.

Requirements

Requirements:

Education Qualification:

- Mandatory: Graduation (Any Stream)

- Preferred: MSW

Past Experience/Skills Required:

- 3-5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in managing independent profit center operations.

- Experience leading a team of 3-4 members.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and team management experience.

- Background in the training industry is a must.

- Preferable: Experience managing CSR or Skills projects
