Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present continental dishes according to recipes and company standards.
- Manage the assigned kitchen section and ensure timely food preparation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Ensure proper mise en place before service.
- Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients and ensure proper storage.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Sous Chef or Head Chef about replenishment requirements.
- Minimise food wastage through proper portion control and ingredient utilisation.




- Guide and supervise Commis Chefs and other kitchen team members in the assigned section.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and workstations are clean and maintained properly.
- Follow standard recipes, kitchen SOPs, and food safety procedures.

Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
- Relevant experience in continental cuisine and kitchen operations is required.
- Previous experience as a CDP or in a similar role is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
