About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Catering Operations - Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of catering operations for weddings and events. The role involves managing vendor coordination, client interactions, cost optimisation and ensuring smooth on-site event execution.

Key Responsibilities





- Coordinate with catering vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of event requirements.
- Assist with vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and budget management while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate catering arrangements, service staff, quantities, timelines, and venue requirements.
- Support on-site catering setup and event execution, ensuring smooth operations and timely service.
- Resolve last-minute operational challenges and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
