Job Summary

Parackattu Hospital is seeking a qualified and dedicated Casualty Doctor to join our medical team. The ideal candidate should be capable of providing prompt medical assessment, emergency care, and initial stabilization of patients presenting to the casualty department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide immediate medical assessment and emergency care to patients.
- Evaluate and manage medical and trauma emergencies.
- Perform initial stabilization and arrange referrals or admissions when required.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure timely patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and casualty documentation.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.

Qualifications:

- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the Kerala State Medical Councils (Kerala Medical Council).
- Prior experience in casualty, emergency medicine,



or hospital practice will be an added advantage.
- Good clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Ability to assess and prioritize emergency cases.
- Competence in initial emergency management and patient stabilization.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
