Experience: 2–3 years in a hotel or resort

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily cash transactions, billing, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate cash records and prepare daily reports.
- Manage guest bills and coordinate with the Front Office, F&B;, and Accounts teams.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and financial transactions.
- Provide qualified and courteous service to guests.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a hotel or resort.
- Good knowledge of billing systems and cash handling.
- Strong numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a guest-focused attitude.
