We are looking for confident, motivated, and target-oriented individuals for the position of Growth opportunities Advisor. The role involves engaging with prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, counselling them on suitable programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and understand their educational and career goals.
- Provide counselling and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.
- Explain program details,



benefits, and enrollment procedures.
- Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria

- Preferred qualifications: B.Tech/B.E., MBA, and BBA.
- Candidates with BCA and MCA qualifications are also eligible.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Interest in counselling, sales, business development, or customer engagement.
