Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and professional Career Counsellor with a strong background in the immigration and overseas consultancy industry. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills, relevant industry knowledge, and the ability to guide clients regarding immigration processes and overseas opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding immigration pathways, overseas education, work permits, and visa options.
- Understand clients’ profiles, qualifications, career goals, and immigration requirements.
- Provide accurate information about visa categories, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application procedures.
- Guide clients through the documentation process and coordinate with the internal processing team.
- Follow up with prospective clients, maintain client records, and manage counselling appointments.
- Build strong client relationships and provide qualified customer service.




- Meet counselling and business targets while maintaining ethical and transparent communication.
- Stay updated on relevant immigration policies, visa requirements, and country-specific procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the immigration or overseas consultancy industry.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, client-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of immigration procedures, visa documentation, and client profiling.
- Professional attitude, confidence, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
