- Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.

- Understand their career goals, learning requirements and current situation.

- Identify the right cybersecurity program based on their needs.

- Present our courses and communicate their value effectively.

- Handle customer objections related to price, career outcomes, timing and course selection.

- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.

- Convert qualified leads into enrollments and contribute directly to revenue generation.

- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.

- Build strong customer relationships throughout the counselling and enrollment process.

- Achieve and exceed monthly calling, conversion and enrollment targets.

- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion, follow-up and overall sales performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
