Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and ensure quality service. Manage table allocation, reservations, and guest requests. Supervise stewards and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams. Ensure accurate orders, timely service, and proper table setup. Handle guest complaints and maintain service standards. Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and discipline. Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and staff training.

Requirements Experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a café, restaurant, or hotel. Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Professional grooming and a positive attitude. Premium café or restaurant experience preferred. Immediate joiners preferred.
