Job Title: Capital Market Operations Trade Settlement

Location: Mumbai

Industry: Banking / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle exchange trade confirmations, broker contract notes, and trade settlements.
- Process early pay-in, margin payments, NSDL instructions, and PMS/FDI client trades.
- Manage equity, debt, and hand delivery trades.
- Coordinate with brokers, exchanges, and clearing corporations.
- Ensure timely client reporting, regulatory compliance, and adherence to TATs.
- Maintain SOPs, internal controls, and audit compliance.

Key Skills:

- Knowledge of Indian Capital Markets, Equity/Debt Settlement, and Custodian Operations.
- Understanding of SEBI/RBI regulations and trade processing.
