Position Details

- Role: Campaign Management

- Experience: 3-5 Years

- Qualification: Any Graduation

- Shift: Flexible with all shifts

- Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns.

- Build audience segments and campaign workflows across Email, SMS, Push, Web, and CRM channels.

- Perform campaign QA and UAT to ensure error-free execution.

- Monitor campaign performance, reporting, and optimization.

- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Analytics, Technology, and Business teams.

- Maintain campaign documentation, tracking, and SLA adherence.

- Support marketing automation, data segmentation, personalization, and customer engagement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in Campaign Management or Marketing Operations.

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, or Adobe Campaign.

- Positive understanding of CRM, customer journeys, audience segmentation, and email marketing.

- Experience in multi-channel campaign execution and workflow management.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in an SLA-driven environment.
