About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Campus Hiring Manager to build and lead Ola Electric's campus talent acquisition strategy across India's premier engineering and management institutions.

The role will be responsible for establishing strong university partnerships, building a sustainable early-career talent pipeline and driving campus recruitment programs across Engineering, R&D;, Technology, Manufacturing and Business functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campus Hiring Strategy & Execution

- Own the end-to-end campus recruitment strategy, from workforce planning and institute selection to assessments, offers and onboarding.
- Drive hiring of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs), Post Graduate Engineer Trainees (PGETs), Management Trainees and interns.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring requirements across EV engineering, battery technology, embedded systems, software, manufacturing and supply chain.
- Build and execute annual campus recruitment calendars, hiring budgets and institute-specific strategies.

2. University Relations & Employer Branding

- Develop strategic partnerships with IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS and other leading engineering and management institutions.
- Build solid relationships with placement committees, faculty members and academic leadership.
- Position Ola Electric as a preferred employer through pre-placement talks, technical workshops, hackathons, leadership interactions and campus engagement initiatives.
- Establish long-term university engagement programs beyond placement seasons.

3. Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence

- Manage campus assessments, interviews, selection processes, offer management and joining conversions.
- Build structured internship and Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)



programs in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements through technology, automation and recruitment analytics.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

4. Stakeholder Management & Talent Pipeline

- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Manufacturing and HR leadership to align campus hiring with organizational priorities.
- Develop talent pipelines for emerging capabilities including EV technologies, battery systems, AI/ML, robotics and advanced manufacturing.
- Track campus hiring performance, offer acceptance, joining conversion, diversity and early-career retention.
- Identify opportunities to expand the institute network and improve hiring quality and cost efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant hands-on experience managing campus recruitment programs.
- Demonstrated experience driving campus hiring across IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS or comparable premier institutions.
- Strong relationships with university placement teams and experience managing multi-campus recruitment drives.
- Experience hiring engineering and technology talent, preferably from Automotive, EV, Manufacturing, Product or Technology organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, project execution, negotiation and analytical capabilities.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
