Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Campus In-Charge to manage daily campus operations, coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of the institution. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily campus activities and operations.
- Coordinate with teachers, administrative staff, students, and parents.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained campus environment.
- Handle student and parent queries and resolve routine concerns.
- Support school management in implementing policies and procedures.
- Maintain campus records, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Monitor classrooms, facilities, and other campus resources.
- Organize meetings,



events, and academic activities as required.
- Report campus operations and issues to the management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in campus administration, school operations, or educational institution management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage staff and handle administrative responsibilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain discipline and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
