Role Description The Caller will handle daily outbound and inbound calls to farmers, partners, and other stakeholders to share information, collect data, and provide basic support.

Responsibilities include explaining company services, confirming orders and schedules, capturing feedback, and updating records accurately in the system. The role also involves following call scripts, maintaining qualified and clear communication, and escalating issues to the relevant team when needed. This is a full-time, in office role based in Patna,



requiring consistent presence during office hours and close collaboration with field and operations teams.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to explain information in simple, understandable terms.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using phones, CRM tools, or call-logging software to record and update information.
- Customer service mindset, with patience, empathy, and a problem-solving approach when dealing with farmers and partners.
- Ability to work in a structured environment, follow call guidelines, meet daily call targets, and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in local languages spoken in and around Patna, along with good command of Hindi; basic English skills are an advantage.
- Prior experience in call center, telecalling, or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort working with rural communities and an interest in agriculture, livestock, or social impact-focused organizations.
- Minimum education: higher secondary or equivalent; additional vocational or graduation-level qualifications are beneficial.
