Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Provide accurate information about products, offers, and store services.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain customer call records and update details in the system.
- Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain good customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre, customer service, or telecalling role.




- Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and email-handling skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.

- Salary:₹ 14500 - ₹ 15000
