About The Hinnele House The Hinnele House is an upcoming premium café in Sahakarnagar, Bengaluru, specialising in specialty coffee, matcha, all-day breakfasts, signature açaí bowls, nutritious salads, protein bowls and wholesome dining experiences.

We are looking for enthusiastic, well-presented and customer-focused individuals who enjoy interacting with people and delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome guests as they enter the café.
- Greet customers and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain dishes and recommend food and beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate with the kitchen and barista teams.
- Serve food and beverages professionally.
- Attend to guests throughout their dining experience.
- Handle billing and payments using the POS system (training provided).
- Clear, clean and reset tables.




- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback politely.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth café operations.

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good English communication skills.
- Kannada or Hindi communication skills are an advantage.
- Friendly, confident and approachable personality.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Strong customer-service attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Previous café, restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.

No previous billing or POS experience is required. Complete training will be provided. Salary & Benefits
