Role Description This is a full time, on-site Cafe Staff role based in Bengaluru.

The Cafe

Staff member will assist with daily operations, including preparing food and beverages, serving customers at the counter or tables, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities include taking orders, handling payments, answering customer questions, and ensuring that all items are presented and served according to cafe standards. The role also involves following food safety and hygiene protocols, restocking supplies,



and supporting colleagues during busy periods to maintain smooth service. Cafe Staff are expected to provide friendly, efficient service and contribute to a positive atmosphere for guests and team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage handling.
- Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and Customer Service.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Safety practices and hygiene standards.
- Basic communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to interact courteously with customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays), and manage rapid-paced environments.
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or food service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred; vocational training in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus.
