Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in Mergers &

- Acquisitions (M&A;), corporate finance, strategic planning, and board-level representation. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating business opportunities, managing merger and acquisition transactions, preparing board meeting presentations, and supporting management in strategic financial and corporate decisions across manufacturing and trading businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mergers &
- Acquisitions:

Manage M&A; activities, including financial due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.

- Board Meeting Representation: Prepare board meeting agendas, financial reports, MIS, presentations, and strategic business updates; coordinate and represent financial matters before the Board of Directors.

- Corporate Finance: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, profitability analysis, and capital allocation.

- Financial Analysis: Evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, business expansion plans, and acquisition targets.

- Legal &

- Regulatory Compliance:

Coordinate with legal advisors, company secretaries, auditors, and consultants regarding Companies Act requirements, statutory filings, and corporate governance.

- Business Strategy: Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business growth, restructuring, risk management, and operational efficiency.

- Manufacturing &

- Trading Operations:

Analyse product-wise profitability, working capital, inventory, procurement costs, trading margins, and manufacturing cost structures.

- Due Diligence &





- Risk Management:

Identify financial, taxation, legal, and operational risks in proposed transactions and recommend mitigation measures.

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with promoters, investors, banks, financial institutions, auditors, and external advisors.

Required Skills &

- Expertise

- Robust experience in M&A;, financial due diligence, valuation, and transaction management.

- Proven exposure to board meetings, board-level reporting, and corporate decision-making.

- Expertise in financial modelling, business valuation, taxation, and corporate finance.

- Good understanding of Companies Act, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

- Experience working with both manufacturing and trading companies.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- CA with 10–15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

- Experience in corporate groups, diversified businesses, manufacturing companies, or trading organisations.

- Candidates with hands-on experience in acquisitions, mergers, restructuring, fundraising, and board-level advisory will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
