What you will learn

- Corporate Finance & Virtual CFO: SME IPOs, ERP implementations, high-level MIS development
- Transaction Advisory: Business valuations, transfer pricing, M&A; advisory
- Audit & Assurance: Statutory, management and EDP audits with full Ind AS exposure
- Tax & Regulatory: Direct and indirect tax compliance, litigation, NRI and RERA taxation

Key responsibilities

- Support Virtual CFO assignments: MIS reports, budgeting and ERP rollout for SME clients
- Assist in SME IPO preparation, including financial due diligence and documentation




- Prepare working papers for valuations, transfer pricing studies and M&A; deals
- Execute statutory, management and EDP audits under Ind AS
- Prepare and file direct and indirect tax returns; draft replies for assessments and litigation
- Handle NRI and RERA taxation matters under senior guidance
- Communicate with clients to collect information and present findings

Who we are looking for

- CA Intermediate cleared (both groups preferred; single group considered on merit)
- Solid analytical mindset and a hunger to learn consulting, not just compliance
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Tally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work from our Ahmedabad office

Stipend: As per ICAI norms
