Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development – Advertising role based in Kochi. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on advertising services for existing and potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting market research, and analyzing client needs to propose tailored advertising solutions.

The role requires building and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting service offerings, and coordinating with internal design and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals.

The Business

Development – Advertising qualified will also track performance of campaigns,



prepare sales reports, and contribute to strategic planning for revenue growth.

Qualifications

- The candidate should have at lease 2-3 years experience in the same field
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, measure campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation and Customer Service skills to build a quality pipeline and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research abilities to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client segments.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or advertising, preferably in a digital or creative agency environment.
- Understanding of advertising concepts, digital marketing channels, and brand positioning.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
