Job Summary

ClassBoxes Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or professional development sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s Job Placement Programme, connecting with potential clients, building customer relationships, and achieving business development targets.

Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Promote and sell the company’s Job Placement Programme.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct presentations to explain programme benefits and offerings.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation and sales activities.




- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
- Provide professional support to clients throughout the sales process.

Qualifications and Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in education, training, or course sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work towards targets in a performance-driven setting.
- Willingness to work night shifts from the Lucknow office.
