Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst IV specializing in Coupa and Procurement Transformation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Coupa implementation, configuration support, solution design, and application support, with a solid understanding of end-to-end procurement transformation projects.

Candidates must have practical Coupa implementation experience rather than being limited to end-user activities or transactional procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support Coupa implementation, configuration, and enhancement initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Coupa solutions.
- Support procurement transformation projects, including solution design and process optimization.
- Work across Coupa modules, including Sourcing, Contracting, Risk Management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to deliver procurement solutions.
- Participate in requirements gathering, functional analysis, solution documentation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support for Coupa applications.
- Explain end-to-end Coupa project experience, including implementation approach, responsibilities, challenges, and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes through system enhancements and automation.





Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Coupa experience, preferably in implementation and procurement transformation.
- Robust experience in Coupa implementation, configuration support, and application enhancements.
- Experience in procurement transformation and solution design.
- Knowledge of Coupa modules beyond P2P, particularly Sourcing, Contracting, and Risk Management.
- Ability to articulate end-to-end Coupa implementation and transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidates with implementation and consulting experience are strongly preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates from the following backgrounds are preferred:
- Coupa implementation partners.
- IT consulting and technology services companies such as TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and similar organizations.
- Product-based companies.
- Fortune 500 organizations with substantial Coupa implementation or transformation experience.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Zip.
- Exposure to Levelpath.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.

Note: SAP S/4HANA experience is not mandatory. Candidates with strong Coupa expertise will be prioritized. Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
