Business Sales Executive – Dental Products

Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Business Sales Executive to promote dental products and grow sales across dental clinics, colleges, hospitals and reseller networks in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Visit 8–10 dentists daily and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify current business opportunities across dental clinics, institutions and resellers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, explain product benefits and generate orders.
- Execute sales campaigns and coordinate with the Area Sales Manager and Clinical Specialists.
- Maintain customer records, daily sales reports, CRM updates and expense reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience; healthcare or dental product sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good product presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to spend 8–9 hours daily in the field.
- Own two-wheeler or other suitable transport preferred.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently to achieve targets.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
