Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with business, engineering, UX/UI, QA, and other cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives from ideation to delivery.
- Prepare BRDs, PRDs, user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria as required.
- Identify business problems and opportunities and convert them into actionable product solutions.
- Prioritize product features and requirements based on business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and timelines.
- Manage product backlog and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to development teams.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of dependencies, issues, and escalations.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, product demos, and review sessions.
- Monitor product development progress and ensure deliverables remain aligned with agreed requirements and roadmap.
- Collaborate with technology teams to understand technical constraints and identify suitable solutions.
- Track product KPIs, user feedback, business outcomes,



and adoption metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform market, competitor, and customer analysis to support product decisions.
- Support UAT, release planning, rollout, and post-production validation.
- Manage change requests and assess their impact on scope, timelines, and business objectives.
- Prepare regular product status reports, management dashboards, and stakeholder updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid experience in Business Analysis / Product Management.
- Excellent understanding of business requirements gathering and product lifecycle management.
- Strong experience in developing and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, PRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work closely with engineering and technology teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar product/project management tools.
