Essential duties and responsibilities

1. Liaising and networking with a range of doctors, colleagues, patient

2. Liaising and networking with communities & social associations

3. Communicating with target audiences and managing doctor and patient relationships;

4. Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign;

5. Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs; Liaising with designers and printers;

6. Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;

7. Maintaining and updating doctor and activities databases;

8. Organizing and attending events such as doctor's CME & conferences, medical camps, seminars, exhibitions, public awareness lectures;

9. Conducting market research by meeting various group of doctors;

10. Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;

11. Managing budgets for CME,



camps and OPD; evaluating marketing campaigns;

12. Monitoring competitor activity. Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.

13. Follow the senior and organization policies.

- Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.

Working conditions

1. General shift will be applicable and it may vary based on the work.

2. Working can be within or outside the hospital (as & when require).

- Active participation is expected in organizing CME’s
- Stretched working hours may take place
