About the Role:
Act as the Founder's right hand, ensuring instructions are executed, teams stay accountable, and D2C operations run smoothly. Requires solid leadership, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
? Founder's Office – Execute Founder's priorities; maintain daily trackers & reports
? Business Management – Oversee D2C operations, track sales & profitability, fix gaps
? Marketplace Ops – Monitor Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit & website; handle listings, inventory & dispatches
? Sales & Marketing – Track Meta/Google ads, influencer campaigns & ROAS
? Warehouse & Supply Chain – Ensure timely dispatch,
prevent stockouts
? Finance & Reporting – Coordinate on P&L;, reconciliations, cash flow & MIS
? Team Accountability – Set targets, follow up on deadlines, escalate issues
Requirements:
✅ 5–10 years in business operations, founder's office, or D2C/e-commerce
✅ Experience managing multiple teams & coordinating across departments
✅ Strong understanding of marketplaces, D2C sales & marketing
✅ Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, MIS & dashboards
✅ High ownership, integrity & attention to detail
✅ Fast-paced, execution-driven mindset
