Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in secured loan products such as business loans, home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and mortgage loans.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the lending industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify current opportunities and develop innovative solutions for customers' financial needs.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize product offerings and improve service delivery.

Job Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in secured loan products like business loans, home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), or mortgage loans.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
