Experience: 10 years in the Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients industry

Are you an entrepreneurial leader with a strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, supplier partnerships, and business development? Here’s an exciting opportunity to build and lead a new business vertical from the ground up!

We are looking for a dynamic Business Head to drive business strategy, establish strategic supplier partnerships, expand the customer base, and build a profitable and scalable business in the Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the business strategy for the Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients division.
- Identify growth opportunities, new product categories, and potential market segments.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with global ingredient manufacturers and suppliers.
- Drive business development, key account management, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Develop relationships with manufacturers across skincare, haircare, colour cosmetics, toiletries, and home care.
- Lead technical discussions, product positioning, commercial negotiations, and customer presentations.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales and technical team.
- Oversee pricing, forecasting, inventory planning, and overall business performance.

What We’re Looking For:





- 10 years of experience in the Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients industry.
- Proven expertise in business development, key account management, or business leadership.
- Strong network of cosmetic manufacturers and global ingredient suppliers.
- Experience in launching recent product lines or building new business verticals.
- Sound understanding of cosmetic formulations, ingredient applications, and market trends.
- Excellent commercial, strategic planning, negotiation, and people management skills.
- A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field. An MBA would be an added advantage.
