- Location: Dhule (travel across region)

- Type: Full time

- Pay: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month + incentive on new client revenue + equity option

- Experience: 1-5 years in security/facility management (SIS, G4S, BVG, Krystal, Securitas preferred)

Responsibilities

- Find and close corporate, hospital, industrial and society clients

- Meet clients and handle tenders on behalf of the Director

- Build SOPs, supervisor and sales team

- Monthly report: guard count, billing, collection, margin

- Plan city-wise expansion

- Help in business expansion

- Create statergy plans sop make system

Requirements: Branch/Area Manager experience, knowledge of PSARA, PF/ESIC compliance, Marathi/Hindi fluent, own vehicle.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
