At A3 Mediacom, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and business growth, with a primary focus on the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with healthcare brands, understand their marketing needs, and be comfortable building relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive current business acquisition, primarily across the healthcare and healthcare services sectors.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare startups, and other healthcare businesses.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Build and manage the complete sales pipeline, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Pitch relevant digital marketing solutions, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, performance marketing, and creative services.
- Build relationships with founders, marketing heads, hospital management,



and other key decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and achieve business development and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of business development experience, preferably with a digital or performance marketing agency.
- Healthcare marketing experience is strongly preferred.
- Existing relationships or experience engaging with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic chains, healthcare startups, or other healthcare businesses will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to independently generate opportunities and convert them into long-term clients.
