Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Specialist role based in Jabalpur. The Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for web, mobile, software development, and digital marketing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, engaging prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored service offerings.

The role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal delivery and marketing teams, and tracking performance metrics to support revenue growth.



The Specialist will also prepare proposals, support negotiations, and contribute to strategy discussions to expand the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Customer Service skills to identify opportunities and nurture client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in business development or sales within IT services, software development, or digital marketing.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic MS Office applications.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
