We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us connect with global companies looking to set up or scale their Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India.

Job Title: Business Development Executive – GCC Solutions

Location: Bengaluru (Mahamalakshmi Layout) - WFO

Experience: 1+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage global enterprises and technology companies exploring GCC setups in India.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, VP Engineering, HR/Talent leaders).
- Drive the full sales cycle — outreach, discovery, proposal, and closing.
- Position Vision Data Analytics' GCC enablement and delivery capabilities.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy for global expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B business development, ideally in IT consulting or GCC/offshore delivery models.
- Robust understanding of the global GCC ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable working across time zones.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
