The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially driven professional with a fair understanding of the recruitment industry and a strong ability to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and drive business growth independently.

This role is for someone who enjoys building relationships, approaching decision-makers, and turning conversations into actual business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Business Development, Recruitment Sales, or B2B Sales.
- A good understanding of recruitment, hiring requirements, client acquisition, and the staffing business.
- Ability to actively generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into clients and live hiring mandates.
- Confidence in cold calling, pitching recruitment services, handling objections,



and maintaining consistent email and LinkedIn follow-ups.
- Someone who is active on LinkedIn and other platforms and knows how to identify and approach potential clients independently.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for prospect research, personalised outreach, lead generation, and improving productivity.
- A self-starter with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a results-oriented mindset.
