Sales BDO Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new customers through field visits, leads, references, and direct marketing.
- Promote and sell Muthoot Finance loan/financial products.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the branch team for documentation, verification, and loan processing.
- Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Develop business through DSAs, agents, dealers, builders, and other referral sources.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Ensure proper collection of customer documents and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead updates, and customer follow-ups.
