KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. City-Wide Doctor & Clinic Onboarding: Map out top medical clusters, polyclinics, nursing homes, and private

clinics across the city to pitch, register, and onboard medical practitioners onto the TruDoc App.
1. App Demonstration & Platform Education: Conduct live product demonstrations of the TruDoc App to

doctors and clinic staff, clearly explaining features, digital prescription workflows, test ordering, and referral tracking.
1. Diagnostic & Home Care Referral Generation: Establish active referral pipelines by encouraging onboarded

doctors to route patient requirements for diagnostic lab tests, home nursing care, IV infusion therapies,



and health check packages through Truvit.
1. Self-Generated Lead Pipeline & Network Expansion: Leverage past doctor databases, medical association

networks, cold field visits, and doctor-to-doctor referrals to aggressively grow Truvit’s physician network.
1. Relationship Management & Doctor Retention: Act as the primary relationship manager for onboarded

doctors, ensuring prompt resolution of clinical query escalations, sample collection feedback, and report turnaround time updates.
1. Commission & Incentive Enablement: Transparently present and manage doctor/clinic partnership

structures, revenue-sharing models, and referral terms in compliance with company policy.
