Responsibilities:

- Identify, onboard, and establish relationships with new business partners.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner communication and support.
- Understand partner requirements and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Maintain accurate partner records and documentation using CRM or other relevant tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent organizational, analytical,



and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Duties:

- Identify and approach new organizations to establish strategic partnerships.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate partner onboarding, documentation, and account setup processes.
- Respond to partner queries and provide timely support to address their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner-related activities.
- Prepare presentations and conduct meetings to introduce partnership opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
- Maintain and update partner information and records in CRM systems or other tracking tools.
- Monitor partner performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance collaboration.
- Track partnership activities, prepare periodic reports, and share updates with management.
- Assist in planning and executing initiatives to strengthen the organization's partner network and achieve partnership objectives.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
